Jan Kritz

Mika Häkkinen
Two-times Formula One World Champion Mika Häkkinen scored titles in 1998 and 1999 for the all-conquering McLaren-Mercedes Benz team. With 20 Formula One race victories and 51 top-three podium finishes to his credit, he ranks among the most successful drivers of all time.
Gary Foote
Gary Foote is the Chief Information Officer and Director of Sustainability at the HaasFormula 1 Team. Since 2016 he has been responsible for all technology systems, services, teams and staff for Haas F1’s global operations, across sites in the UK, US, Italy and trackside. Reporting directly to the Team Principal, Gary’s role is pivotal in ensuring the Haas team benefits from best-in-class technology solutions within this data-driven sport.
Niko Mykkänen
Niko leads the global Alliances function at Nordcloud, an IBM company. In this role he builds world class partnerships with all major public cloud partners AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. As part of the Leadership team Niko contributes to the profitable growth of the business whilst remaining a highly motivated and result oriented leader with proven track-record of delivering results.
Scott Eivers
Scott is the regional leader for Nordcloud UKI business. He brings a wealth of hands-on cloud transformation experiences to the table. Prior to Nordcloud, Scott led the business consulting team for Gartner across EMEA. He has a particular passion for helping organizations leverage cloud to build great products. initiatives including marketing, product mgmt, commercial mgmt and corporate development.
Sasha Rubel
Sasha Rubel, is a renowned advisor on using technology for societal good. She collaborates with governments, companies, and nonprofits to harness AI and data for positive change. Passionate about inclusive, tech-enabled futures, Sasha Rubel simplifies complex technological concepts into actionable policies. Her accolades include the Public Diplomacy Innovation Prize from President Obama, leading the EU-AU Digital Economy Task Force, and founding Senegal’s first free coding school for girls. She also played a pivotal role in revising Gambia’s constitution and organizing UNESCO’s global conference on AI ethics.
Fernando Herrera
Fernando is a seasoned entrepreneur with a distinguished track record in the technology sector. He founded Nordcloud, an early pioneer in cloud technology that quickly became one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. Nordcloud was recognized by the Financial Times, Deloitte, and Gartner before being acquired by IBM. Fernando is passionate about how enterprises can get the most out of new technology. He now focuses on helping enterprises leverage public cloud and artificial intelligence to improve business outcomes.
Allan Chong

Seda Akdemir is a passionate AI expert with a rich background in artificial intelligence, holding a Master’s degree in AI Engineering. Currently, she is a Senior Partner Technology Strategist at Microsoft NL, where she champions innovation in Data and AI transformation in close collaboration with Microsoft partners.
Throughout her career, Seda has been at the forefront of numerous strategic initiatives, fostering growth and driving digital transformation in enterprises. Her journey includes pivotal roles in both technology and consultancy, where she has made significant contributions to cloud solutions, digital transformation, and AI innovation. Seda’s expertise and leadership have consistently enabled businesses to leverage cutting-edge technologies for enhanced efficiency and growth.
Mauro Meeuws
Hi there, nice to meet you! My name is Mauro Meeuws, Product Owner for Hybrid Cloud at NIBC Bank. Over the past two years, I have led NIBC’s Cloud Journey, defining and implementing a robust Cloud Security Control Framework, service model and enabled new services like GenAI. This journey has now led us to our most recent challenge; onboarding the GenAI capability by creating a secured Generative AI Platform, identifying key use cases, creating organizational awareness, and gathering essential knowledge for enterprise-wide adoption.
Sophie Kuijt
Sophie Kuijt (MSc, MBA) is IBM’s Chief Technology Officer for IBM Consulting Northern and Central Europe and represents EMEA in the IBM’s Global Technical leadership team. In 2022, Sophie got appointed as an IBM Distinguished Engineer. She is certified as Distinguished IT architect (Open Group). Sophie is working for IBM clients within the Consumer Industry and beyond. She is the founder of the Data, Artificial Intelligence & Ethics community within IBM Netherlands. She leads the local community where ethical questions related to the application of AI are discussed and further developed.
Ilja Summala
Angus Flett
Angus has been for the last 8 years the CEO of Smart DCC the company at the forefront of digitising the UK smart energy system through the rollout of the smart meter programme to 20 million homes. One of Europe’s largest Energy of Things network it operates to critical national infrastructure standards managing 30k device model combinations and 4bn messages a month.
He has extensive background in network technology, cyber security and real-world experience in AI deployment. As a Managing Director at BT, he was instrumental in the company achieving a world number one ranking for agent technical expertise and number two for agent responsiveness. Previously Senior Vice President of Vodafone’s Global Enterprise Products. Angus developed the company’s enterprise product strategy. Angus is a non-executive at Jersey Telecoms and an advisor to Deeptech labs, a VC fund accelerator. He has a FT NED Diploma, Masters degree in Business Management from the Henley Management College and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
