We are now looking for Solution Strategists to help us define how we address customers’ individual needs with our services and products to meet and exceed customer expectations on their cloud transformation journey.
Solution strategist is a key role in the sales phase to ensure we understand customers’ real needs behind their requirements and leverage Nordcloud capabilities to the fullest for the benefit of our customers and to constantly drive our portfolio to be able to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations also in the future.
In this role, you will be working closely with our sales teams and the Portfolio & Product leaders to understand our capabilities and roadmaps as well as the customer demand in the markets and distill the winning strategies for our customer cases.
Your daily work:
Driving the solution strategy of customers’ complex requests in the sales phase and identifying how we can best exceed customer expectations with our offering.
Engaging customers with your inspiring pitches, yet actively listening to their wants & needs.
Reading between the lines of large RFXs to understand the customer and industry needs, and how we can improve the lives of our customer stakeholders with our cloud-native offering.
Working with our practice, offering, and product leaders to tailor their content and extension for market success.
Proactively supporting our offering & product leaders in developing a roadmap and setting priorities.
Coaching our sales, design, and delivery teams in key engagements to follow our value promise.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Several years of experience contributing to complex proposals and presenting to clients, from early stages to closing. You enjoy challenging the customer and leading discussions with the customer in order to see how we can make sure their cloud transformation is optimized.
Experience in enterprise IT environments and understanding the requirements business units and modern application development enforces on IT.
Passionate about client success and driving for change with modern solutions.
Enthusiastic about sharing the knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies and how they can empower customers' business through software development practices.
Experience and understanding of traditional enterprise IT / software development processes and challenges, and vision to see how that can be changed with modern ways of working and tooling.
Capability to create trust among customers to deliver what you promise and provide valuable insight and solutions that impact their business.
Ability to distill complicated customer requirements into the real underlying problems and pain points which we as Nordcloud can help to alleviate.
Ability to think outside the box, or rather read between the lines.
Good collaboration skills with people from different disciplines and cultures. Winning the trust of our customers is the key.
Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English and readiness to travel.
