Sales Trainee

Currently, we are looking for a positive, outgoing, and proactive ninja to boost the quality and efficiency of our Sales.

Your role includes:

  • Supporting sales in creating, fine-tuning, and visualizing proposals & commercialization
  • Working closely with Sales Leaders
  • Supporting sales in internal & external customer-related topics, e.g. invoicing, allocations (Salesforce), supporting in going through the contracts, other various sales-related admin and tasks

To be a successful Sales Trainee you should:

  • Be able to understand high-level ideas and task instructions fast
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English & Finnish 
  • Be flexible, positive, and have a fearless attitude
  • Extremely well-organized
  • Have the ability to understand high-level structure fast
  • Excellent slide-creation skills (Google Slides and/or PowerPoint)
  • "Customer first" mindset
  • "Hold my beer - I got this" attitude 

An eye for detail and spotting mistakes or irrelevancies is beneficial in this role. 

Please note that the minimum allocation would be 3 days/week from our Helsinki office, but if you are able to work full time, that’s fine for us as well.
