Sales Coordinator

Nordcloud is looking for a student to join our Klarity team in the role as a Sales Coordinator.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will work in all phases of our sales process with our sales teams to promote customer choice of our Klarity software and services. You will work closely with our sales profiles to ensure high performance in our promotional activities.

Your role

Contributing to a wide range of sales activities, including assisting with customer meetings, assisting with the preparation of offers, collecting and processing relevant market data and assisting with other promotional activities, campaigns etc.

In the role you'll be working with:

  • Sales support: Support our sales teams in sales activities including; planning and participating in the conduct of customer meetings, assisting in the preparation of proposals, contributing to the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Market analysis: Collecting and processing market data for mapping market stakeholders and as input for positioning the Klarity product family.
  • Reporting: Weekly creation of performance reporting - from collecting data from sales teams with assessing CRM-data, running and checking reporting and monitoring metrics in relevant performance tools

You are familiar with Clouds

  • Basic expertise in cloud technologies
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and activities.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technology-driven company (internships and student jobs also count here) 
  • In the process of a relevant education 
  • Knowledge of sales processes
  • Desire to become an excellent problem solver and have a solution-focused attitude
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Methodical, hard working, enthusiastic and an ability to work well under pressure
  • Fluent English language skills
