Product Support Specialist – Managed Cloud

Currently, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist for our Managed Services Business at Nordcloud. 

Your role includes:

  • Supporting the Managed Cloud product team engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • Managing data harvesting from all content sources & providing contextual feedback to the product team
  • Manage data harvesting approach
  • Administrative tasks in relation to information gathering, storage & management
  • Facilitate & lead discovery sessions with commercial & non-commercial teams
  • Creating and updating documentation surrounding Managed Cloud services
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of product guidelines and processes
  • Drive product to change initiatives within the organization, based on data-backed views on prioritization

To be a successful Product Support Specialist you should:

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English
  • Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in cloud technology-related areas
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan ahead and execute complex tasks independently
  • Integrity and attention to detail
  • Have a good knowledge of different common cloud-related technologies we target (common operating systems, DevOps tools)
  • Have previous experience with Jira / Confluence
  • Know your way around Google, Office 365, and Public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) services and administration
  • Know the basics of server networking

Following skills are also nice to have:

  • ITIL Foundation certification, or similar
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian services
