Product Support Specialist – Managed Cloud

Currently, we’re looking for a Product Support Specialist for our Managed Services Business at Nordcloud.
Your role includes:
Supporting the Managed Cloud product team engage with internal & external stakeholders
Managing data harvesting from all content sources & providing contextual feedback to the product team
Manage data harvesting approach
Administrative tasks in relation to information gathering, storage & management
Facilitate & lead discovery sessions with commercial & non-commercial teams
Creating and updating documentation surrounding Managed Cloud services
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of product guidelines and processes
Drive product to change initiatives within the organization, based on data-backed views on prioritization
To be a successful Product Support Specialist you should:
Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Be fluent in both verbal and written English
Be willing to learn and expand your knowledge in cloud technology-related areas
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan ahead and execute complex tasks independently
Integrity and attention to detail
Have a good knowledge of different common cloud-related technologies we target (common operating systems, DevOps tools)
Have previous experience with Jira / Confluence
Know your way around Google, Office 365, and Public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) services and administration
Know the basics of server networking
Following skills are also nice to have:
ITIL Foundation certification, or similar
Good knowledge of Atlassian services
