As a Key Account Manager you will play a central and vital role in our agile team based in one of the major cities of Austria.
 
In your role you will make a significant contribution to the success of our customers and prospects by defining, selling and jump starting cloud solutions and projects around Infrastructure- , Data / Platform and Security Solutions and Services, Cloud Cost Management and our trusted 24*7 Managed Services.

With your deep experience of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the Cloud and the Nordcloud solutions you will be able to win new customers and extend the Business in existing customers. Leveraging Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud to deliver both infrastructure as well as Data driven and IoT related projects at speed has never been easier.  Your role for a future full of success :

  • Develop and increase business in our existing customer base by drilling deeper into the account and inspire new contacts
  • You win new customers for Nordcloud by providing unmatched customer experience throughout the sales process. For this reason, you manage the end-to-end sales process for solutions and services
  • Delivering the revenue targets and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Teaming with the Sales Teams of our Partners and other functional Teams in Nordcloud to provide market feedback and keep customer satisfaction high

Desired Skills & Experience

We are particularly looking to hire someone who has a strong sales consulting approach and is a natural dealmaker. Additionally, we are looking for following skills:

  • At least 5+ years’ direct sales experience within the area of IT solutions & consulting
  • Deep knowledge of at least one hyperscale Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Smart communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • An impressive history in Farming or Hunting
  • Experience in Managing the end-to-end sales process of solutions and services
  • Experience with and network in Austrian Enterprise and upper Mid-Market Companies
  • Ambitious and self-driven attitude – in sales and for marketing campaings
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • You should live close to Salzburg, Linz or Vienna
  • As we have varying opportunities to work internationally, possibility to travel up to 25% in Austria and other locations in Europe
