To enable that growth, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our world-class team and help our customers gain the maximum benefits of the cloud. 


As a Key Account Manager you are a key member of our team based in one of the major cities of Germany.

Our customers are large enterprises who are seeking to be a part of #TheCloudRevolution and benefit from the agility, scalability and innovation of public cloud platforms. Leveraging Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud to deliver both infrastructure as well as Data-driven and IoT related projects at speed has never been easier.

In your role you will make a significant contribution to the success of the Nordcloud business in Germany by defining, selling and jumpstarting cloud solutions and projects around Infrastructure- and Fullstack Solution-Consultancy, Cloud Cost Management, and our trusted Managed Services. 
 

Your role will be a key driver in the following areas (and many more):

  • Driving determined sales growth, networking and account development in large customer enterprise environments
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process of Nordcloud´s solutions and services
  • Delivering and exceeding the revenue targets
  • Providing timely and insightful market feedback to other functional teams including product management and marketing
  • Working closely with account teams and a partner organization of Microsoft, AWS and Google

Desired Skills & Experience

We are particularly looking to hire someone who has a strong sales consulting approach and is a natural deal-maker. Additionally, we are looking for the following skills:

  • Direct sales experience within the area of IT solutions & consulting
  • Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms and enterprise organizations in Germany
  • Proven network/relationship within the german market
  • Motivation for learning about Public Cloud, AI, IoT services and enthusiasm about the possibilities we can provide to our customers
  • Ability to consulting sell with a natural talent for customer focus, influencing and negotiation with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility, up to CxO of large enterprises
  • Ambitious and self-driven attitude – the ability to drive own sales and campaigns, and to create new contacts
  • Fluent English and German
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
