Invoicing Specialist

To support our global financial department, we are now looking for an Invoicing Specialist, in Germany. Across countries, we are a team of 12 self-driven finance professionals at Nordcloud.

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling invoicing processes globally. The goal is to ensure the company charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner as per contract/agreement in accordance with agreed turnaround time and quality along with financial reporting.

To be successful in the role, you should:

  • Have advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel and ideally Power BI
  • Possess basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Have good knowledge and experience from an invoicing process in a multinational company
  • Systems knowledge and ability to modernize manual processes
  • Basic understanding of tax (VAT)
  • Ability and discipline to work under strict deadlines
  • Previous experience from working with sales and operations is an advantage
  • Previous experience with accounts receivable
