Currently, we are looking for a Global Offering Lead to our Managed Cloud Business, responsible for setting commercial targets for the business and managing offering development initiatives to reach the targets. In this role, you will be in a key position in developing new business and productized services for our Managed Cloud offering.
Your daily work:
Analyze the market, client demands and technology advancements for our Managed Public Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure), Managed Cloud Capacity and managed FinOps
Create overarching commercial client value propositions & bundles out of existing products (“Happy meals”) in close alignment with product leaders
Represent the Managed Cloud offering for Nordcloud to our clients, partners & IBM, as well as internally, i.e. participate in account planning
Coordinate the Managed Cloud and Cloud capacity product leaders and closely operate with the delivery leaders
Create amazing marketing & sales collateral for Sellers, own the commercial offering structures & benchmark regularly
Decide & direct on investments in products & services (with CTO & Chief Product Officer) as well in cooperation with product leaders maintain roadmaps
Set pricing guidance & skills/bill of material required and align/plan capacities, skills, and capabilities with the delivery practices
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Several years of experience and strong track record from selling Managed Cloud migrations, upgrades & solutions
Business-minded and customer-centric attitude, but you also understand Managed Cloud from a technology and delivery point of view. In other words, you have the ability to act as a thought leader
Understanding and passion to further increase the knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies, digital design, IoT and data-driven solutions, and DevOps.
Experience and ability to apply a challenger sales approach to solutions sales in order to initiate and lead customer dialogue with business and IT stakeholders from top management to operational influencers. You are trusted by your customers to deliver what you promise and provide valuable insight and solutions that have an impact on their business.
Past hands-on experience in productizing services for improved repeatability, scalability, and efficiency both on commercial and back-office layers
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and readiness to travel (subject to covid).
