GCP Global Practice Lead

We are looking for a Global Practice Lead for GCP practice, responsible for ensuring our project deliveries are done according to best practices and uniform standards across countries and customers. This role also has a pre-sales component helping the sales to offer the best solutions for customer needs.

Your daily work:

  • You passionately drive the improvements for our delivery standards and look for feedback from our customers, GCP community, and hyper-scaler partners.
  • You collaborate globally with your peers at Nordcloud, Red Hat & IBM to support country-level GCP delivery teams.
  • You work directly with our key customers to ensure we understand their needs and deliver the best possible solutions, sometimes challenging their asks.
  • You participate in sales projects as a GCP technical expert, contributing to presentations and proposals.
  • You work with product & partnership leaders to identify the winning formula for success.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience in GCP and willingness to contribute to our key customer projects to retain the expertise. Certifications are a clear plus.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Be a team player and target-oriented.
  • Structured and analytical way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and readiness to travel (subject to covid).

Why Nordcloud as your next career move?

  • In this role, you will be in a key position in developing our GCP capabilities, supported by a highly-skilled community of GCP experts.
  • Lots of opportunities to develop your expertise and for professional growth. You get access to relevant training & knowledge sharing sessions to support the growth and work with a community of leading cloud professionals.
  • We are continuously developing our business – which means we’re not stuck with the attitude of doing things as they’ve always been done.
  • Flexible working hours and freedom to choose your tools and ways of working.
  • Events & fun – besides all your interesting work assignments, feel free to enjoy our extra-curricular activities such as clubs, virtual coffees, after work, etc. And of course, we welcome new activities open-heartedly if you have anything in mind!
