Customer Support Engineer/DevOps

We are looking to hire a brilliant Customer Support Engineer/DevOps for our Klarity Team to work alongside our passionate presales, customer success, and product teams. As a support engineer, you will be acting as a missing link between our customer-facing teams and internal teams. You will also help customers personally by occasionally solving their application-related issues, enhancing their experience with custom scripts, or setting up the baseline for their onboarding. 

Support Engineer/DevOps responsibilities:

  • Setup the customer’s environment into our software for the onboarding & PoC processes
  • Provide the first point of contact for our customers, triage incidents, respond to issues, and handling over the code-related issues to our development team
  • Work alongside our community manager to help customers share their knowledge and work


  • Previous work experience as a solutions engineer / DevOps / customer support
  • Being able to script your own work and understand existing scripts
  • Knowledge about the public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one programming language (GraphQL is a plus) 
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of modern software architectures
  • “Nothing is impossible” mindset
  • IT od related degree or you're a self-made programming enthusiast
  • Good communication skills in the English language

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of DevOps and FinOps principles
