As a part of Managed Cloud you should be focused on keeping the customer service at its highest standards, yet understanding the team's needs and capabilities. Managed Cloud Customer Success Manager will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and translating customers' needs to the services offered by Managed Cloud, and supporting teams in daily duties.
