Channel Sales Manager (Klarity Team)

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our Klarity Partner Team, working with Nordcloud’s SaaS-based Klarity products.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you are responsible for defining the baseline measures and the structure for our partners as well as building successful partnerships with our current and future partners. You will also be developing, implementing, and measuring joint sales and marketing activities. 

You will represent our total family of Klarity products and will therefore gain a great deal of knowledge about the characteristics and values ​​of the products, which you will need to share with the partners. Additionally, you are responsible for identifying new partner opportunities to create additional customer business value for our Klarity customers.

Your role will be a key driver in the following areas:

  • Define and implement the processes and tools for partner management and relationship building.  
  • Build partner-related metrics and objectives.
  • Working as a Channel Sales Manager you will run the partner engagement activities with a combination of planning, daily execution, and follow-up with measurements of all focus areas.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for partner non-technical queries and feedback, as well as an enabler for all improvement initiatives coming from our partners. 
  • Working together with the partners’ sales teams and our pre-sales and product teams to help partners build sweet-spot offers for their customers.
  • Acting as a Klarity ambassador you will get a great insight into all of our Klarity products, and use that for planning joint campaigns with partners - supported by our own marketing unit.
  • Participating in GTM activities, such as conferences, meetups, etc. 
  • Together with the pre-sales team, you will be educating partner’s sales teams in our products, processes, and methods.

As a successful Channel Sales Manager, you have:

  • Proven experience in building partner channels and creating great sales results through these. Preferable from SaaS business.
  • Basic understanding of public cloud (e.g. Azure/AWS/GCP cloud technologies), with the ability to build a deep understanding of our Klarity product suite.
  • Works systematically and purposefully to achieve the defined targets.
  • Experience from a SaaS or a cloud consultancy and background in either enterprise IT or software development.
  • Listens and inspires your surroundings - and works with partners based on a co-create approach.
  • Analytical mindset and a diplomatic approach.
  • You are an excellent communicator. And knows how to communicate outcome-based with a focus on the individual customer's situation and opportunities. So you become rock-solid support for the partners around specific cases - and so the messages from you as representative of Klarity stand out from the crowd.

As we have varying opportunities to work internationally, the possibility to travel up to 25% could be expected (subject to COVID-19 restrictions).
