To enable that growth, we are looking for Sales Lead to join our team. 

The Sales Lead will lead a team of Senior Account Directors and Account Executives who focus on maximizing current relationships with some of our biggest accounts. These are called Emerald accounts. This will be achieved by coaching, mentoring, and being hands-on with proposals, bids, and required sales documentation. 

You will be serving as a Sales Lead to a very talented team working on some serious cloud transformations. The role will be a combination of leading/coaching/mentoring and also being the key contact on your own single account. We’re therefore looking for someone who enjoys that split responsibility of managing whilst still being a key contributor. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team on a daily basis
  • Developing the sales team’s abilities through coaching and mentoring 
  • Setting an example for best practice and achievement through winning bids and proposals
  • Growing and diversifying revenue streams from existing largest strategic accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the large enterprise key customer segment
  • Developing and building relationships with C-level and senior executives at current and potential clients
  • Ensuring that current and new clients implement strategies that maximize Nordcloud’s value proposition, including infrastructure, application, and consulting portfolio
  • Delivering on agreed revenue and profitability targets
  • Providing thought leadership, inspiration, and motivation to all stakeholders, internal and external, to enhance Nordcloud’s vision and industry position

Minimum requirements:

  • Strong B2B/B2B2C Sales experience within the area of IT Consulting / Technology
  • Sales Leadership experience
  • Proven ability to Solution Sell, empathize and develop customized value propositions for clients and prospects
  • Enterprise-level solution selling – knowing the complexities, politics, sales cycles, etc of large customers and solution selling
  • A stellar track record of closing new business at or above quota
  • Experience building strategic business partnerships with enterprise customers
  • Experience from adopting the Challenger sales methodology in all client interactions
  • Experience in working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
  • Customer-first attitude and experience in serving large-scale customers
