Your role will be a key driver in the following areas:
Part of the people team, acting as strategic HR support to select Business units within NordCloud Global Delivery Organisation.
Participate in the implementation of strategies relating to the development, engagement, and general HR support of Managers in the area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.
Act as trusted advisor and partner to our managers through resolution on a variety of employee and organizational issues.
Management of the HR projects and processes (performance management, training, and career development programs, rewards & recognition, market analysis, employees’ and clients engagement, employee relations, and others).
Lead talent management and succession planning activities drive people development by identifying and coaching identified individuals and ensuring transparent and participative communication.
Manage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to support the Business unit.
Work closely with the People Operations team in identifying gaps and process improvement to improve overall employee/manager experience.
What do you need to be successful in this role:
Good knowledge and practice of using Polish Labor Laws.
3+ years of work experience in the position of HR Business Partner, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Ability to manage several HR projects simultaneously.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Highly self-motivated and flexible with a “can-do” solutions-focused approach.
Good understanding of business needs, wide approach to problem-solving.
Constantly looking to improve and innovate.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good English skills.
