Bid Manager

Nordcloud is looking for a Bid Manager to support our growth and take our European-wide Sales to the next level.

As a Bid Manager, your main responsibility is to work together with our sales at the group level. This position will report to the Global Sales Lead of Nordcloud Group.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Project management of larger and complex pursuits
  • Collecting and improving our sales process and sales collateral
    • Sales qualification and approval process development
    • Collecting repository of good RFP proposals and making answer templates for typical RFP questions
  • Pricing and  winning strategy
    • Developing our pricing tools and pricing strategies
    • Acting as winning strategy coach for pursuits

What does it take to be a successful Bid Manager at Nordcloud?

Experience in complex solution selling and outsourcing pursuits

  • She/he has a structured approach and capability to get things done
  • Ability to handle complex bids with tight schedules together with multinational team
  • Can model costs, cash flows, and other financial elements to
    • understand deal profitability and
    • to be able to do financial engineering in order to meet specific customer requirements or price points
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
