We are digital builders born in the cloud and currently, we are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer.

As an Azure DevOps Engineer,  you’ll find yourself participating in customer projects, from new infrastructure builds and migrations, and big data. 

Day-to-day hands-on work can be from automation design to taking a step back and giving workshops  Furthermore, you will become a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprises and jointly manage the customer relationship and roadmap with the Nordcloud team. All in all, you’ll have the position to follow customer projects from start to release.

Your daily work:

  • Developing and maintaining features using IaC and CI/CD best practices 
  • Providing governance on agreed coding standards, documentation standards, and repositories
  • Evaluating existing systems, solutions, and processes and providing ideas for improvement
  • Helping prioritize and enforce security and governance on the entire cloud platform using Azure Policies, Defender, and other tools
  • Being a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprise businesses 
  • Giving workshops and designing recommendations for the internal technical team and clients

Your skills and attributes of success:

  • 2+ years experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
  • Experience with Git, Bicep, ARM
  • Experience with access management with setup of RBAC roles and authorizations in Azure
  • Experience with Linux, containerization, and Orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, AKS)
  • Experience with scripting and database languages (e.g. Powershell, Shell, SQL)
  • A good understanding of cloud governance practices
  • Experience with agile practices (Scrum, sprints, etc.)
  • A good understanding of multi-region cloud infrastructure
  • Experience working with stakeholders in large companies
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English
