Account Executive Sales

Join our team and take charge of building the application development and design business in Nordics. Our customers are large enterprises that are seeking to be a part of #TheCloudRevolution and benefit from the ability to innovate faster than ever.

Account Executives at Nordcloud align with the company’s strategic objectives, grow revenue and market share at designated Enterprise accounts while improving customer success at all levels in the customer organization. We are looking for several Account Executives who will work closely with an Engagement Director on our biggest accounts. You’ll be working on the one large account whilst receiving coaching/mentoring from the Engagement Director. After approx a period of 6 months, you’ll then take on your own accounts with the view of developing them into larger ones. We are looking for self-starters, driven, and proactive sales professionals who want to develop their careers within our scale-up environment. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets within the account working closely with the Engagement Director 
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for the target customers by developing a deep understanding of their business.
  • Developing and building relationships with C-level and senior executives at current and potential clients, both at the strategic and tactical levels in governance.
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Implementing solution-based and challenger approaches to selling while managing complex sales processes.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years sales experience within the area of IT Consulting / Technology.
  • Proven ability to Solution Sell, empathize and develop customized value propositions for clients and prospects.
  • Enterprise-level solution selling – knowing the complexities, politics, sales cycles, etc of large customers and solution selling.
  • Experience building strategic business partnerships with enterprise customers.
  • Experience from adopting the challenger sales methodology in all client interactions.
  • Drive, passion, and team spirit. You own your own destiny, you make things happen. Occasional luck is great but we don’t rely on it but on hard, determined work.
  • Experience from working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer-first attitude and experience in serving large-scale customers.

These things would be considered as a big plus:

  • Experience in Cloud Services technical offering, processes, and tools.
  • Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform).
